What credit cards can I use to pay for Jim Harris art?

Use the Buy-Now button to pay for your painting or print by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or by e-check through the PayPal secure checkout.

How do I pay by personal check or money order?

Please email art@jimharrisillustrator.com to reserve your painting or print and to get the mailing address for your check or money order.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in U.S. dollars.

What about import taxes?

Countries other than the United States may levy taxes and/or duties on art imports. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Back to Original Art

Where will my Jim Harris painting or print be shipped from?

From Jim’s art studio on the South Island of New Zealand.

How do you ship paintings and prints?

We do our best to process your order and ship your print or painting within 3 days of receiving your payment. Depending on your purchase, we ship by airmail or international courier such as DHL. We will send you an email when we ship your art to let you know your order is on its way. Because we are located in a remote part of New Zealand, you should plan on 10-14 days for your painting to arrive at your door.

What if my art arrives damaged?

On the extremely rare occasion of art arriving in damaged condition, please let us know right away and we will refund your money or replace the product, as appropriate.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love the art you buy from us. If you decide it’s not what you wanted, just return it in original condition within 30 days of purchase and we willrefund the full price, except for the cost of shipping the item to you.
